3. Advertising Management Platform

Systems Analysis | Feb 2023 – May 2023 | Thousand Oaks, CA

Collaborated with a team to design and propose a complete system overhaul for a real-world business. Led the end-to-end systems analysis lifecycle, including:

• Created a system request, statement of work, and identified key stakeholders

• Designed system architecture, interface structure diagrams, and user personas

• Developed CRUD matrices, use cases, and an expectations matrix

• Drafted a formal request for proposal (RFP) and an alternative matrix for vendor selection

• Planned a migration strategy, backup protocol, and disaster recovery plan
